Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Canadian Van Equipment may issue refunds for purchases made through canadianvan.ca.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• The product is returned in accordance with our Returns Policy

• The order is canceled prior to shipment

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• An incorrect item was shipped

Refund eligibility is subject to inspection and approval.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they enter the shipping process.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:

• To the original method of payment

• Within 7–10 business days after approval

• In Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the refund.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in cases where:

• The returned item is not in original condition

• Packaging is damaged

• Components are missing

• Restocking fees apply

• Shipping recovery fees apply

Any deductions will be clearly documented prior to refund processing.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:

• Original outbound shipping charges

• Expedited shipping fees

• Installation services

• Custom or special-order items

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photographic evidence

• Retain all packaging materials

Upon review, we may issue a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional administrative review and suspension of future purchasing privileges.

8. Limitation

Refunds will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Canadian Van Equipment reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
